In designing Urban Tails we focused on creating a dog & cat facility that would support the lives of busy professionals.  We have extended pick-up hours and flexible training programs to work within your busy schedule.  We strive to provide one stop shopping for your pet services needs and serve as a partner with you in the care of your dogs & cats.

 

Urban Tails is a fully licensed pet center operated by pet care professionals.  We are active participants in the professional associations of the pet care industry and bring the latest knowledge and tools from our industry to the daily care of your pets.  Our team is proud of our diplomas and extensive industry training.

• We know pets personally through our personality profiles   We use the pet profile to plan a less stressful and more enjoyable stay for your dog. 
• Five playgroups to ensure your dog is assigned to the best playgroupss based on play style, size and age. 
• Proactive pet wellness checks and use of several natural tools to prevent health issues from arising.
• Consistency by feeding each pet it's own diet when lodging.  
• Our Pet Spa uses Hydrosurge bathing systems and all natural shampoos for a massaging bath experience.
